Message from the Fort Rucker-Wiregrass Chapter AUSA President
With a great sense of honor and humility, I was sworn in on 29 Jun 2016 and assumed the role as president of the Fort Rucker-Wiregrass Chapter of the Association of the United States Army (AUSA). The Chapter has a fabulous history with a long heritage of taking care of Soldiers and their Families. I look forward to the opportunity to continue this tradition.
During the months ahead, members of the Fort Rucker-Wiregrass Chapter can expect continued leadership by a board of directors that is solidly committed to strengthening the Chapter. The board will continue to grow the Chapter, deliver events for member involvement, provide increased communications to the members and support the national office of AUSA to strengthen the voice of Soldiers and their Families to the nation’s decision makers.
With growing uncertainty across the globe, Fort Rucker will continue to produce the finest Aviation Soldiers in the world who will inevitably be called on to deploy to protect the interest of our country. The Fort Rucker-Wiregrass Chapter will be here to stand along with our Soldiers and their Families with unwavering support.
I am thankful for this opportunity to serve the men and women who sacrifice so much for our great nation!
