Scholarships
The 2023 scholarship is open. The application form is posted at the bottom of the side Information Box. All applications must be postmarked by April 15, 2023.
Each year the Fort Rucker-Wiregrass Chapter of AUSA awards academic scholarships to eligible applicants who plan to attend / or are attending college or a vocational school. Applicants must be a current AUSA Chapter member or sponsored by an immediate family member that is a current AUSA Chapter member. AUSA is open to military and civilians.
Applicants must be enrolled or plan to enroll in college (undergraduate or post-graduate study) or vocational school. Children must enroll full-time; however, active-duty service members and dependent spouses may be enrolled full-time or part-time.
The number of scholarships awarded will depend on the amount of donations the Chapter receives. Scholarships will be awarded in $1000 increments.
Scholarships are based on academic achievement, personal achievement, community involvement, and/or financial need. The scholarship funds may be used for tuition and other academic expenses charged by the institution.
Applicants may not earn more than four total years combined.
